I’d bet you a dollar to a doughnut that I’m not the only one who’s posts are short and to the point this time of year. Are you done with shopping? Are the presents wrapped and placed neatly under the tree? At whatever stage of holiday prep, you’re at I hope you are able to grab a few solitary moments just for you.
It is also typical as we near the end of the year that we reflect on all that has happened in the previous months. There’ve been ups, downs and some gray areas that are a challenge to define, still, we made it through. Thank you so much for stopping by to visit, leave a comment or pin and share a post. It means a lot to me.
I’m always amazed at how friendships can be formed without ever meeting someone in person. That is the beauty of the internet and one of the joys of blogging. The Sweet Sensations household wishes you the Happiest Holidays, Merriest Christmas and a most Prosperous and Blessed New Year.
Oh, and by the way I made you some Toffee Bourbon Brownies!
Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to a packaged brownie mix. Substitute half of the required liquid with bourbon and bake as directed. When cool, channel your inner Liz Berg and cut into squares. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with toffee chips. Hide them in the freezer and hope that they make it until your kids arrive home for the holidays!
These are the linky parties I participate in. Drop by and show them a little love!
