There isn’t a recipe with this post today just some pictures of a few orders that I’ve completed over the last month. When I retired one of my intentions was to expand my cake decorating and event planning business. With everything else that’s going on around here looks like I might be on to something!
White Chocolate Cake for our newly acquired granddaughter Tiara
I say newly acquired because our baby Jalen has an older sister and brother and they are now a part of our family.
The little bows on the truffles are fondant. I love working with fondant molds they are a huge timesaver and gives us decorators lots of options.
Here’s a quick tip for shaping truffles. Use a silicone mold they come in lots of shapes and sizes and eliminate hand shaping which can result in different sizes. I use a small cookie scoop to fill the cavities and then press the mixture into it. They also pop out of the molds very easy.
We have fun happenings and news here at the Sweet Sensations household; our oldest daughter Samara is getting married in September. Two daughters, two weddings in the same year. YIKES!!!!
These are the linky parties I participate in. Drop by and show them a little love!
