Have you ever made a meal and had leftovers that got better each time you ate them? This my friends is one of those meals. It’s Spaghetti and Sunday Gravy. I have Liz to thank for this meal and the subsequent pounds gained from it. The rational part of me wanted to put half in the freezer. The Sabrina part of me said, “heck no”, we’re going to eat every last drop. And you better believe I gave it the old college try.
The most challenging part was letting it cook for 3 hours, pure torture I tell you! By day four of
wolfing down enjoying this meal I decided that a pretty table for one was in order. At least a couple of times a week, use the good stuff. Or the dinnerware you don’t use everyday. Whatever are you waiting for to use it? Make each day a holiday and treat yourself like the L’Oreal commercial, you’re worth it. One more bit of advice; if you have dark cloth napkins they would be best; you don’t want any Sunday Gravy stains on those light colored beauties!
