We are so tempted to start planting flowers and veggies but we know better. The online sources that I’ve checked say not to plant until the second week of May (this is for our region) which is right after Mother’s Day. Which brings me right back where I started with ideas for Mother’s Day. Up until about ten years ago I refused to lift a finger. Mother’s Day was MY day to not do anything slightly domesticated.
