A while back there was a show on the Food Network called Food Finds. I loved that show! How cool would it be to travel, discover and sample lots of different food? Now I guess the equivalent to that is Unique Eats and Unique Sweets on the Cooking Channel.
To me, those shows are pretty close to my ideal job. Last week when I was in Atlanta I caught an ever so tiny glimpse of what that might feel like. Between World Market, Cami-Cakes and the beautiful desserts at Publix I was in foodie heaven! The biggest challenge in doing that full time would be maintaining good health which also means not gaining too much (if any) weight. But alas, I’m back home now and will endeavor to scout out food finds in my area and enjoy all of the inspiring recipes, crafts and DIY projects that you continue to share with us each week at Celebrate Your Story. How’s that for a segue into this week’s party!
My Favorites From Last Week’s Party
Herbs: A Place to Begin… Coffee from Stone Cottage. This was one of those, “why didn’t I think of that before moments”. Thankfully Marci did and I can’t wait to try it!
Mary Jo took us Beyond the Caprese Salad with a platter of delicious small bites that were beautifully presented.
Chloe’s Favorites From Last Week’s Party
Jenny offered up Bacon Wrapped Smokies and the pictures are amazing! I can imagine how many I’d have to prepare for my meat loving family.
The most clicked on link last week was: Teach Yourself to Hand Letter from Morgan Manages Mommyhood.
It’s nice to see things done the old-fashioned way for a change isn’t it?
I hope your week is off to a great start and we’re eager to see what you’ve been up to lately.
