Welcome to Celebrate Your Story Party #111 and Happy New Year! After being away for two weeks I missed you guys and I’m happy to party with you again, also thank you Chloe for the time off.
Party People it is cold here in Mid-Michigan and I know we’re not alone. Being born and bred in a region that is cold and snowy hasn’t helped one bit around here. When I left to run errands yesterday it was -2 and when I got back home the thermometer read 2. Woo-hoo beach blanket party time!!! Thankfully Mother Nature is giving us a reprieve this week. Temps in the 30’s and 40’s have been forecast. Fingers crossed, and I hope you stay warm, healthy and happy. It’s party time!
Features from Last Week’s Celebrate Your Story Party
Maria from Simple Nature Décor transformed wine corks into beautiful stoppers. This is a DIY I think I can handle.
On a regular basis Janet from Rosemary & Thyme styles beautiful tables. Her New Year’s Eve Gold and Glam Tablescape is a work of art that you must see.
Seeing Barbara’s Christmas wreath makeover makes me wish I had bought one this year. Visit her at Fair Meadow Place to find out how she did it.
Wendy over at My French Twist has thrown down the gauntlet and it’s time to get started on those New Year’s Goals. Achieving them may not be as challenging as you think. Check out her post.

Patrick who blogs at Looney for Food shared a recipe for Baked Eggnog Rice Pudding. I’m filing this one under new, different and must try.
