It’s time for the grown folks to celebrate the season so I put together an Adult Halloween Tablescape. This table is a tiny bit sinister due to one of the backgrounds and a whole bunch of classy from the tabletop items.
This is the first time I’ve used this color combo for Halloween and I think I kinda like it.
I used a six-foot banquet table and covered it with a black cloth. There are two backdrops used for this Adult Halloween Tablescape. One is a haunted cemetery scene that I also used for my Haunted Graveyard Dessert Table. The other is a couple of black shower curtains that I have been using for years. Both came in handy.
This candelabra will not land in the back of a shelf left to collect dust. I have had my eyes on one like this for years. A couple of weeks ago I was in Michaels and all of their Halloween supplies were 50% off. I can’t believe I walked around with this in my basket for at least 20 minutes trying to decide if I was going to buy it or not. At $15.99, it was a no brainer. The red tapers really make this piece pop!
On each side of the candelabra are oversize hobnail red votives with an LED light inside and a glittery skull on top. In the front sits Mr. Skull with his faithful spider in tow. To the left and right of this piece are silver votives with a black damask overlay. Super fancy!
Under the red fluted edge chargers, I placed red polyester napkins. Atop the charger are Noritake Triumph dinner plates. To complete the stack and in keeping with the color palette are red and black goblets along with red handled flatware.
For me, this table is very minimal, but I accomplished by goal. I hope you enjoyed my Adult Halloween Tablescape enough to Pin and share it. Thank you.
I’m also sharing it at the following parties.
These are the linky parties I participate in. Drop by and show them a little love!
