Trying to navigate anti-aging and skin care products can be a very daunting task. On March 23rd I received a sample of Adeline Organic Eye Serum and was very excited to try it. Around the age of 50 I began to notice fine lines appearing around my eyes. I accepted it as a part of aging but wondered if there was a non-surgical option to reduce their appearance.
Far from being a chemist or esthetician I recognized Cucumber and Chamomile extract along with Sunflower Seed Oil as natural ingredients. The Adeline Organic Eye Serum is very lightweight, not greasy, and to me had no discernable scent. Even though the ingredients are all natural, everything that is natural doesn’t necessarily agree with you. Beginning with a squeaky clean face I applied a very small amount of the serum to the outside of my eye area. Within a couple of hours the area began to itch quite a bit. I waited 48 hours before applying it again. The itch was still there but not as much.
This time I waited for three days before the next application and it didn’t itch. Over the next three and a half weeks I continued to use the product morning and night with no adverse reactions. I was not able to notice any visible difference in the fine lines around my eyes but I also know that a longer period of use is needed before I can definitely say whether the product worked or not.
I received a free sample of Adeline Organic Eye Serum in exchange for writing a review. The views and opinions expressed in this blog are purely and entirely my own.
