You know I have been seeming coconut oil being featured in the supermarket a lot lately. Even my favorite Trader Joe's had one corner featuring the coconut oil. It must be "in", and your recipe is just right on good timing! Looks really good. If I don't eat a lot of sweets daily am I allow to eat the best pound cake with butter and all? =D.
